Job Description
Property Manager (Temporary | Potential Temp-to-Hire)
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume apartment community.
- Supervise a team of 5 staff members, including:
- Assistant Manager
- Leasing Agent
- 3 Maintenance Technicians
- Coordinate and respond to emergency calls as needed.
- Oversee leasing, resident relations, maintenance operations, and property performance.
- Utilize Yardi software to manage property operations and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high customer service standards.
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of property management experience. (Must have overseen a staff and have the title Property Manager)
- Requirement of managing a Minimum of 200 unit apartment
- Must know Fair Housing Laws of CA
- Recent Industry experience as a Property Manager (has worked in the role in the past 5 months)
- Yardi Experience or equivalent Required
- Prior experience independently managing a residential property.
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
