Position Description


The Barista will create, prepare, and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages following recipes and customer preferences.

Qualifications
Required : Must possess strong communication and interpersonal/human relations, commitment to providing excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and some holidays.

Preferred: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques. Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes.
