Gastroenterologist or Internist – Concierge Practice (Upper East Side, Manhattan, NYC)
Position Overview
Join an established concierge practice in NYC's prestigious Upper East Side through the acquisition of a retiring physician. Enjoy a turnkey opportunity with a fully operational office, experienced staff (including a dedicated Office Manager and multiple MAs), and full autonomy to shape the practice your way.
- Patient Volume : Lifestyle-friendly 6–8 patients per day
- Current Panel : ~600 active concierge patients generating steady membership fees
- Setting : Open to procedures based on your preferences
Compensation & Revenue Model
- Base Salary
- Bonus : Performance-based upside beyond $500K total earnings
- Structure : Services agreement with practice handling concierge infrastructure, billing, memberships, and admin—you focus on clinical/procedural fees
- High earning potential from an established, loyal patient base
- Immediate ramp-up—no need to build a panel
- 24/7 access model with higher-touch, lower-volume care
- Prime Manhattan location with strong support staff
Ideal Candidate
Board-certified Gastroenterologist or Internist passionate about concierge/private practice. Comfortable with membership models and on-call expectations. We'll provide full details on the legal/services agreement (use your own attorney if preferred).
