Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description

The Licensed Insurance Sales Producer plays a critical role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and providing tailored insurance solutions. This position requires strong sales skills combined with deep knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements to effectively serve diverse customer needs.

Responsibilities

Acquire new clients through proactive outreach and networking
Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor policy recommendations
Consult with customers to explain insurance options and coverage
Prepare accurate insurance quotes based on client requirements
Manage leads and maintain follow-up communications
Ensure all policies and sales activities comply with industry regulations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Generate regular sales reports to track performance and metrics

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in insurance sales
