If you desire an exciting, new career and this sounds like a way you'd like to spend your day, we encourage you to apply!Primary Responsibilities:Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, and benefit accounts like individual retirement and health savings accounts, trust accounts, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts)Evaluate member needs by asking appropriate questions and listening carefully to refer members to appropriate products and servicesRepresent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional mannerProvide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactionsRespond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to proper person for assistance and resolutionQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentProven track record in customer serviceProficiency in basic computer, data entry, and typing skillsA positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essentialExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include a Saturday rotationWhy WESTconsin?
