Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (27106)

Job Location: Miami, FL Salary Range: $22.00 - $30.00 Hourly Autism Specialty Group is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians. Successful new hires will work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Receive training in ABA and create a positive impact in the lives of children with ASD. Have access to great benefits, growth potential, and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities Collects treatment plan data Applies feedback and training on Registered Behavior Technician performance given by the lead BCBA or BCaBA Provides behavior support inside and outside of the home or classroom when applicable Attends a variety of training sessions and other related company meetings Adheres to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agencies Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Undergraduate or graduate students of psychology, social work and education Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently Registered Behavior Technician with the BACB Benefits (Full‑time status) 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Autism Specialty Group
