Position: Marketing Expert — Social Media (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design task briefs based on real social media work, identifying the planted issue and the decision a strong practitioner should reach.
- Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic task execution.
- Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
- Review AI agent attempts and evaluate them against established standards.
- Diagnose issues from messy or conflicting data, prioritize tasks, and make tradeoffs in social media contexts.
- Execute campaigns, manage social inboxes, and make judgment calls on brand channels.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Hands-on practitioner experience running brand social accounts.
- Fluent in a social management platform like Sprout Social .
- Comfortable reading native platform analytics.
- Clear written reasoning skills.
Preferred
- Experience building AI training environments , RL environments , or simulated case studies.
- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
