In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full-Time)

Pay Rate: $24.90 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission. Full‑time schedule: 5 days per week, 12:05 pm to 9:00 pm. About the Role In‑home Sales & Tech Support position at Asurion. Entry‑level role ideal for a candidate who enjoys customer interaction and wants hands‑on sales experience. Provide support during busiest hours and assist customers with technology solutions while using the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach. Responsibilities Train and then operate independently in the field, demonstrating the Serve, Solve, Sell™ model by: Serve: Meet customers in‑home or at their preferred location; follow pre‑scheduled appointments to achieve sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing the customer throughout the interaction. Solve: Diagnose and resolve customers’ tech issues, explaining the solution clearly. Ensure customers leave with a working resolution and a product that meets future needs. Sell: Offer tailored solutions from Asurion’s product line. Listen actively to uncover customer needs and position products accordingly. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales efficiently. Qualifications Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory record with at least one year of driving experience. Proof of valid car insurance (except in Manhattan). Personal vehicle (not motorcycle) with travel up to 120 miles one‑way. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Own cellphone for job contact. Comfortable around household pets. Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills. Open‑minded with passion for learning various skills that translate to multiple career paths. Outgoing personality who thrives in human interaction.
