Daily Responsibilities: Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals Educate customers on their coverage options and help them choose the right policies Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met Process policy renewals, changes, and claims Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations Required Skills: Experience in personal lines and property and casualty insurance Knowledge of property damage, commercial insurance, and health insurance sales Hold a property and casualty license and have experience in life insurance sales Strong understanding of CPCU, Certified Insurance Counselor, and CCC One Ability to cross-sell and underwrite insurance policies Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Audatex, umbrella insurance, auto insurance, and annuities Knowledge of agency management, claims processing, and total loss Company Information: Allstate is a leading U.S. personal lines insurer offering auto, home, renters, and other property protection through agent and direct channels.
