Home Instead is hiring for Full & Part-time Caregiver Positions Available in the Winchester area! All Shifts available!

Home Instead is looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated Care Professionals to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Professional or Personal Experience with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's or Dementia care a plus! Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow our clients to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Care Pro Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with Clients, their family members, and co-workers
• Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients
• Help Clients with all personal care needs
• Help keep Clients' environment clean and organized
• Remind Client to take self- administered medications
• Must have drivers license 
• able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals (Care Pros) and CNAs to join our team and our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout the community. We are looking to grow our team of Care Pros who are dedicated to working a higher number of weekly hours.

Requirements:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and valid car registration.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
