As one of the newest entrants in the Connected TV advertising space that’s rapidly growing, we seek to build unique value propositions that differentiate Netflix from other ad-supported streaming services.We are looking for a Product Management leader in the advertising space who is excited to join us on this journey.About The Role:This Product Management leader will be responsible for the Pre-Sales and Revenue Management products across Netflix Ads and will:Develop Pre-Sales Product Strategies: Design and implement product strategies that enhance the pre-sales process, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.Collaborate with Sales Teams: Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop product solutions that effectively showcase the value of Netflix's ad offerings.Define and implement strategies to maximize ad revenue and yield across the Netflix Ads Platform, aligning with overall business objectives.Leverage data analytics and insights to identify revenue opportunities, forecast demand, and adjust inventory strategies accordingly.Prioritize the product roadmap, managing near-term product delivery while formulating a long-term product strategy.Partner with engineering and design teams to launch products that enable revenue planning and inventory management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, ad operations, marketing, strategy, policy, and legal to bring products to market and increase adoption.We’re seeking a candidate who has:7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of successfully launching and scaling platformsExperience in leading and building product management teams in previous roles/companiesDelivered a roadmap and executed on strategic initiatives that increase yield and drive revenue growth. Has a thorough understanding of the ads technology and business ecosystems, including CTV experience and familiarity with programmatic advertising and inventory management. Has experience collaborating with Insights, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other Product Teams. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive product decisions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Has experience collaborating with Insights, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other Product Teams. Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $520,000.00 - $1,000,000.00.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits.
