Physical Therapist — Outpatient Orthopedics + Women’s Health Specialty Opportunity

Are you a physical therapist who enjoys outpatient orthopedics but is interested in developing additional expertise in women’s health and pelvic health?

Elite Integrated Therapy is looking for a PT who wants to build a strong foundation in outpatient rehabilitation while having the opportunity to develop women’s health as a specialty area. This is not a position where you are expected to arrive as a fully trained pelvic health clinician, nor is it a role with a ready-made women's health caseload.

Instead, you’ll treat a diverse outpatient caseload, including orthopedic conditions, while developing the clinical skills, relationships, and referral network needed to grow a women’s health and pelvic health program within Elite.

This could be a great fit for a newer clinician or an experienced outpatient PT who wants to expand their clinical skill set and help build something.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload, including orthopedic, musculoskeletal, hip, spine, core, and general rehabilitation conditions.
• Develop additional expertise in women’s health, pelvic health, pregnancy, and postpartum care based on your interests and the needs of the patient population.
• Create individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans that help patients return to the activities, work, exercise, and daily life that matter to them.
• Build confidence with patient education and conversations around sensitive health concerns.
• Work with physicians, healthcare providers, fitness professionals, and community partners to develop awareness of Elite’s women’s health services.
• Help build and grow a women's health/pelvic health referral base as the program develops.
• Participate in clinical mentorship, continuing education, and collaborative learning with Elite’s women’s health clinicians.
• Work alongside other clinicians and contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
• Continue developing your clinical skills across both orthopedic and specialty areas of outpatient care.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be:

• A newer DPT graduate looking for a strong outpatient foundation.
• A clinician with one to three years of outpatient experience who wants to expand beyond a traditional orthopedic skill set.
• An experienced orthopedic PT who has developed an interest in women’s health and wants a supported pathway to build that specialty.
• A clinician who enjoys orthopedics but is curious about pelvic health, pregnancy, postpartum care, and women's health.

You should be:

• Comfortable treating a general outpatient orthopedic caseload.
• Curious, coachable, and committed to continued clinical growth.
• Interested in developing women's health/pelvic health expertise.
• Comfortable building relationships with patients, physicians, and community partners.
• A strong communicator who can approach sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Interested in contributing to the growth of a program rather than simply stepping into an established specialty caseload.

Prior women's health or pelvic health experience is a plus, but it is  not required .
