This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and is looking to balance work with personal commitments. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled OR physician assistant or ACNP/RNFA to join our GYN OR team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to partner with GYN surgeons and OR Nursing staff. Schedule Four ten-hour clinical shifts/week Responsibilities Assist GYN surgeons during surgical procedures Requirements Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland. Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Masters or Doctorate in Nursing, Acute Care NP. For Acute Care NP, certified as an RNFA. Certification as a Physician Assistant (NCCPA). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. OR experience, at least 2 years, preferred. Salary Range: Minimum $53.15/hour - Maximum $ 82.38/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
