Modio has streamlined the convoluted and messy process that is healthcare credentialing and saved countless years of manual and error-prone work in the process. As part of CHG Healthcare we are working to drastically improve the speed (and quality) of credentialing to ensure that our doctors can spend more time treating (millions) of patients each year and less time dealing with credentialing headaches. Modio started back in 2014 when a group of individuals with different backgrounds all of which included providers, credentialing experts, and developers. This team came together with a goal focusing on how to simplify the credentialing process. As Modio has continued to expand internally and externally, specifically in its Customer Success and Support teams. We are finding that we are needing additional support and looking for a positive, goal-focused individual with a drive and passion to support the clients in a team-based atmosphere. Our daily goal as a team is to provide our clients with a high-touch, high satisfaction experience in support of their use within the credentialing management platform OneView. For this position, we offer a pay range of $41,205 -- $99,902 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
