Assistant Window Treatment Installer

Shift:
Full time or Part Time
Monday - Friday, 9-5, Flexible
- 1+ years of experience with basic hand and power tools
- In-home installation experience is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and customer-service focused
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and stairs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (van provided).
- Employment is subject to the successful completion of a background check.
- Arrive on time and prepared (tooling is provided).
- Measure and install window treatments accurately for a clean finish
- Troubleshoot install issues and resolve them professionally
- Protect customer homes and leave the workspace clean
- Care for provided tools and equipment
- Stay current on products and installation best practices, including programming motorization and apps
