This role ensures orders are properly checked for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before being delivered to the correct table and guest.This position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment requiring constant movement between kitchen and dining areas. The role is primarily indoors and involves close coordination with both culinary and service teams. Success in this role requires speed, accuracy, communication, and strong guest service awareness.Job Responsibilities:Pick up and deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct table and seat position accurately and efficientlyRead and interpret kitchen tickets to ensure correct orders are deliveredCheck plate presentation, garnishes, and order completeness at the expo line before deliveryDeliver multiple plates and trays safely and efficiently through a busy dining roomCommunicate clearly between kitchen and front-of-house staff regarding order timing, delays, or modificationsAssist servers by relaying guest requests, missing items, or special instructionsSupport smooth service flow during peak dining periodsMaintain awareness of table numbers, seat positions, and order prioritiesAssist servers with tableside needs including water refills, clearing plates, and delivering additional itemsEnsure guest orders are delivered promptly and with a professional, hospitable demeanorRespond to guest needs when in dining area as directed by service staffProvide a positive and attentive guest experience at all timesMaintain cleanliness and organization of expo line, pass-through, and server stationsComplete opening and closing side work duties as assignedEnsure all service areas remain clean, stocked, and organized throughout serviceFollow all sanitation and food safety standards consistentlyJob Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 1 year of restaurant or food service experience preferred. Experience in high-volume dining or expo support strongly preferred.Ability to accurately deliver food orders to correct tables and guestsAbility to read and interpret kitchen tickets quickly and correctlyStrong communication skills between kitchen and service teamsAbility to maintain awareness of order timing and service flowAbility to carry multiple plates and trays safely in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and order accuracyAbility to work calmly and efficiently under pressureStrong teamwork and guest service mindsetAbility to maintain cleanliness and organization of service areasFlexibility to assist in other F&B outlets as neededProfessional appearance and positive demeanor at all timesFood safety certification preferred (or required per local regulations).No travel required; role is property-based.Physical requirements:Constant standing and walking throughout entire shiftFrequent reaching, balancing, and use of fine and gross motor skillsOccasional bending, crouching, and pushing/pullingConstant lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs.
