Controller

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Controller to supervise a small team and oversee all accounting operations, including GL reconciliations and daily cash monitoring and analysis. This role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience and would be a great fit for an applicant with experience with a manufacturing company. This direct hire role is in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary of this role is between $125,000 - $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise small accounting team

• Responsible for daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, costing, and payroll


• Post journal entries and perform GL reconciliations

• Manage month-end close procedures

• Conduct effective daily cash monitoring and analysis

• Prepare financial reporting and statements

• Identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience

• ERP systems experience required

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

• Exceptional communication skills

• Proficiency with Excel

• Familiarity with Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting

• Experience with a manufacturing company preferred
