Senior Full-Stack Developer

Role Description

Key Accountabilities

• Provide application software development services typically in a defined project.
• Develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applications.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable code and system improvements.
• Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, accessibility, and quality standards.
• Design and develop scalable, reliable web applications aligned with enterprise architecture and API strategy.
• Lead development efforts on complex, high-impact projects from concept through deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate new technologies and solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, agile engineering culture.
• Explore and apply modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field (required).
• 8+ years of experience developing or designing web, mobile, or desktop applications (required).
• Strong expertise in component-based architecture and user-centered design principles (required).
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and implements applications using a variety of languages and platforms such as C#, VB .NET, React/React Native, Java, C, C++, Python, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, Scala, Objective-C and Swift (required).
• Mastery of basic web (HTML/CSS/CSS Preprocessors) (required).
• Expertise with advanced web (JavaScript – Node, React, Angular, build tools) (required).
• Experience leading large-scale or enterprise-level development projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with modern frameworks, open-source tools, and agile methodologies (preferred).
• Experience working with external vendors or integrating third-party solutions (preferred).
• Prior banking experience (direct or indirectly) (preferred).
