Automotive Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our customer‑centric Service team at Kendall Auto of the Kenai Peninsula. This includes supervising department employees, ensuring company policy and procedures are followed, reviewing and controlling operational expenses, resolving customer concerns, working directly with service department staff to ensure shop productivity and department growth, ensuring proper warranty procedures, billing and collections, and developing, supervising and reviewing marketing efforts for the department. The position requires a schedule that includes evenings and weekends, with extended work hours often required without advanced notice. Qualifications • 2+ years of work experience in a large shop or dealership setting, including previous management experience. This is not an entry‑level position. A valid driver license and good driving record are required. Work is primarily performed indoors with some exposure to the outdoors. Occasional travel to out‑of‑town events is required.
