Remote Appellate Attorney - Social Security Briefs

Agnello & Rogers is seeking an Associate Attorney for their federal appellate practice focused on Social Security disability cases. The role requires excellent legal writing and analysis skills, as you will draft briefs and conduct legal research. Candidates must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to a state bar. This is a remote position for most, but local candidates may eventually work in-office if an office opens in Sarasota.
