Position Title: CDL Driver Location: Sugarland Compensation: Competitive Daily Pay Rate, with earnings of up to $232.50 per day (approximately $1,162.50 per week based on a standard 5-day schedule). Position Summary Everflow Supplies is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. This home-daily position offers the opportunity to safely transport and deliver products to customers while providing exceptional service and representing the Everflow brand with professionalism. You will play a critical role in ensuring deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time. What You'll Do Safely operate CDL vehicles, including flatbeds and other assigned equipment, while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Pick up, transport, and deliver products to customers accurately, safely, and on schedule. Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after trips, reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Secure and verify loads, complete delivery documentation, and maintain accurate driving and hours-of-service records. Navigate local and regional routes efficiently while adapting to changing road, traffic, and weather conditions. Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling using equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and liftgates as needed. Serve as a professional representative of Everflow by providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with customers, dispatch, and internal teams. Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. What You’ll Bring Required Valid CDL license with a clean driving record and commitment to safety. Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience preferred; flatbed experience and load securement knowledge are a plus. Strong understanding of DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and safe driving practices. Ability to pass required background screening, drug testing, and DOT compliance requirements. Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Comfort using GPS navigation, routing technology, and electronic delivery documentation. Ability to safely load, unload, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday. Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and secure materials weighing 50+ pounds. Ability to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to changing weather conditions, temperatures, dust, and noise. Physical stamina, coordination, and balance required to safely operate commercial vehicles and perform delivery-related responsibilities.
