Responsibilities Providing timely and accurate technical support to customers and service technicians via telephone, email, and our dedicated support portal. Diagnosing and resolving a variety of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults on our forklift models. Guiding clients and field engineers through step‑by‑step solutions and effective repair procedures. Accurately identifying and recommending the correct spare parts using technical diagrams and internal catalogues. Meticulously documenting all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within our CRM system. Creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles to empower both customers and internal teams. Collaborating effectively with service and engineering departments to elevate and resolve complex technical challenges. Analyzing support case trends to provide valuable feedback that contributes to continuous product improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in a technical support or field service role, preferably within the heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial machinery sector. A strong, practical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles. Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and professionally. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and the Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to work independently and as a proactive member of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment.
