Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST

Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 / hour (Dependent on Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated  Experienced Plumber to join our growing team in Orlando. In this role, you will work primarily on residential projects and light commercial jobs. You will be hands-on with all phases of plumbing—from ground-up underground rough-ins to final trim-outs.

Key Responsibilities

• Underground & Ground-Up Work: Execute underground plumbing installation, underground DWV, drainage, and water supply lines.
• Rough-Ins & Trim-Outs: Perform second rough-ins and complete final trim sets (setting toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, and bath fixtures).
• Site Preparation & Physical Tasks: Hand-digging trenches for pipes, lifting heavy equipment/fixtures, and prepping work surfaces safely.
• Service & Troubleshooting (If applicable): Diagnose plumbing issues, replace fixtures, repair leaks, and provide outstanding customer service on residential service calls.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain work quality up to local Florida building codes and keep job sites clean, safe, and organized.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience (residential and/or light commercial).
• Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with underground plumbing, second rough-ins, and final trim set installations. Service work experience is a strong plus!
• Tools: Must own basic plumbing hand tools.
• Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites.
• Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly, dig trenches, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding manual labor in Florida weather conditions.
