Support students as an onsite IRR Teacher, making a measurable difference in a dedicated learning environment. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with a caseload of 15–18 students, providing specialized instruction and guiding them toward success throughout the school year. Your expertise in special education and commitment to excellence will help maintain a structured and inclusive classroom.

What we’re seeking:

• Valid GaPSC Certification/Georgia General SPED Certification (or equivalent) is required—please provide verification with your application
• Solid experience in school-based special education (SPED) settings
• Proven ability to collaborate with general education staff and support IEP implementation
• Expertise in classroom management and strong documentation skills
• Full-time onsite availability Monday–Friday
• Dependable transportation to ensure consistent attendance

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, research-based instruction to students with special needs within an IRR environment
• Partner closely with general education teachers to support the diverse needs of your caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and district standards
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation to track progress and compliance
• Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes learning, engagement, and respect
• Communicate proactively with parents, staff, and administration
