Manager, Customer Service LTC

Leading a team of 12-15 associates, the full-time Manager, Customer Service LTC Transactions will oversee daily operations of a Long Term Care Contact Center, ensuring high-quality customer service while driving team performance and continuous improvement in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage team performance by setting goals, monitoring results, and fostering an inclusive team environment Coach and develop associates through regular feedback and performance discussions to enhance individual and team effectiveness Utilize data and insights to optimize operations and implement process improvements for better customer outcomes Required qualifications Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a contact center environment Strong interpersonal skills with experience in building relationships and delivering constructive feedback Ability to interpret data and analyze trends to inform service level and performance decisions Demonstrated adaptability to change and capability to lead through evolving priorities High level of professionalism and accountability with a focus on delivering results
