Role Description The Certified Personal Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based at the Crunch Fitness location in Wellington, FL. This role involves designing and leading safe, effective, and engaging individual and small group training sessions that align with members’ goals and fitness levels. The trainer will conduct fitness assessments, develop personalized workout plans, coach proper exercise technique, and provide ongoing motivation and accountability. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with members on the gym floor, demonstrating equipment use, offering basic guidance on healthy habits, and supporting member retention through high-quality service. The trainer will also collaborate with club staff, participate in promotional activities, and uphold Crunch Fitness standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and member care. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, including designing and delivering individualized workout programs. Ability to lead and structure Circuit Training and group exercise formats in a safe and motivating manner. Skills in Sports Coaching, with experience supporting performance improvement, functional training, or sport-specific conditioning. Knowledge of basic nutrition principles to offer general guidance that supports members’ fitness goals. Current nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA) and CPR/AED certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and support members of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels. Professional, reliable, and punctual, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
