We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the clinical team at Camellia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while working within a supportive, team-focused environment. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

• Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and accurately document all treatments and resident responses

• Monitor residents and recognize/report adverse reactions in accordance with policy

• Provide direct bedside care for a wide range of medical conditions, including pre- and post-surgical residents

• Monitor and manage specialized medical equipment and interpret electronic clinical data

• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate interventions

• Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures as needed

• Educate residents and families regarding procedures, treatments, and ongoing care plans

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and patient education abilities

• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented mindset
