JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active CT license
Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
DEA: Required
Experience: Experience in Behavioral Health and IOP/PHP settings preferred
Other Qualifications: Strong communication and patient care skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide psychiatric care for adult patients in IOP/PHP program
Conduct evaluations and manage medications
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
