Requirements Minimum 2 years of framing or siding experience required Exterior carpentry, rot repair, waterproofing, or structural repair experience preferred Must be actively working as a carpenter currently Must have a minimum of 3 years of dedicated exterior carpentry experience Strong experience with framing, siding, and exterior carpentry Experience with rot repair, waterproofing, and structural repair work preferred Previous crew lead or leadership experience preferred, but not required Strong understanding of structural framing and building envelope systems Ability to follow project scopes, maintain quality standards, and work well with a crew Professional communication and customer-facing skills Fluent English communication required Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Valid driver’s license required Reliable transportation required Ability to lift and carry construction materials and perform physical job duties throughout the workday Authorized to work in the United States SFW Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
