Litigation Paralegal – San Diego, CAA well-established and respected full-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support its civil litigation practice group. This is a great opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join a collaborative team handling sophisticated litigation matters in a professional and supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive litigation and administrative support to attorneysDraft pleadings, motions, petitions, settlement agreements, declarations, and correspondencePrepare written discovery, deposition materials, and discovery outlinesCoordinate subpoenas, depositions, and expert witnessesReview and organize employment-related documentsMaintain case files and electronic documentsAssist with state and federal court filings, deadlines, and proceduresRequirements3–5+ years of civil litigation experience; transportation and/or personal injury experience preferredStrong understanding of civil procedure, court procedures, and legal terminologyExcellent organizational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesBachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferredProficiency with legal software such as iManage, Compulaw, Forms Workflow, Westlaw, or comparable platformsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation up to 120k (DOE)Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Generous PTO and paid holidaysEmployer-paid life and disability insuranceTransportation allowanceOn-site gym and additional workplace amenities
