Title: SAP Ariba Consultant
Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension
Location: 6565 Headquarters Drive, Plano, Texas. 100% onsite.
Salary Range: $60- $63 an hour on W2/C2C

Job Description:

Provide functional support for SAP Ariba across project and production environments.Manage supplier management activities| including supplier enablement and onboarding support.Support Guided Buying processes and resolve user/business issues.Assist with reporting requirements| data validation| and report issue resolution.Provide support for SailPoint integration and related access/provisioning workflows.Support SLP custom integration with MDG| including issue analysis and coordination with technical teams.Handle Buying and Invoicing support| including transaction processing and issue troubleshooting.Provide end-to-end production support across all Ariba functional areas.Support catalog management| catalog validation| and catalog-related issue resolution.Assist with SAP upgrade activities| including impact analysis| testing| defect resolution| and post-upgrade support.Work closely with business users| technical teams| and third-party vendors to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.Document functional requirements| support procedures| and issue resolutions.Participate in testing| root cause analysis| and continuous improvement initiatives. Top 3 Preferred Skills: Required Skills and Qualifications3+ years of experience in SAP Ariba functional support or implementation.Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules| especially Supplier Management| Guided Buying| Catalogs| and Buying and Invoicing.Experience in production support and incident management.Hands-on experience with supplier enablement and supplier lifecycle processes.Familiarity with SailPoint integration and identity/access workflows.Experience supporting custom integrations| especially SLP to MDG.Good understanding of SAP upgrade support and testing cycles.Strong analytical| communication| and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsSAP Ariba certification.Experience working in large enterprise environments.Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.Knowledge of SAP MDG and integration landscapes.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, especially Supplier Management, Guided Buying, Catalogs, and Buying and Invoicing.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Hands-on experience with supplier enablement and supplier lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with SailPoint integration and identity/access workflows.
