Location: Rock Island, IL

Specialization: Stepdown

Employment Type: Travel

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $2024 - $2439 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, you will leverage your clinical skills and expertise to provide and oversee care for patients in a vibrant Stepdown environment. This position allows you to collaborate with a supportive team and gain invaluable experience in a respected facility.

Deliver exceptional care to patients in the Stepdown unit
Work alongside the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Employ EPIC EMR for precise and efficient documentation
Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:5-6 during night shifts
Participate in weekend shifts as part of your schedule

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Stepdown/Progressive Care environment
Current Illinois nursing license required at the time of application
Experience with EPIC is mandatory
Certification in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Professional references from the past 24 months are preferred
Valid Driver's License is necessary
