Base Pay The base rate is $17.00 per hour, increasing by $0.50 upon completion of training. Guaranteed Hourly Rate Guaranteed hourly rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through the first 9 months. Pay Increase Guarantee If post‑training base rate, bonuses and commission don’t meet the guaranteed rate, the pay will be increased. Schedule 2 days off during the week; during slower season a four‑on, three‑off schedule.
