PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT

VNS Health is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality, in-home support to patients throughout the community. In this role, you will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and daily living activities while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You will monitor and report changes in patient condition, follow individualized care plans, and support families and caregivers.
