Quality Assurance Technician - Metallurgy Lab Job Category : Quality Requisition Number : METLA002877 Full-Time On-site Locations Sheldon Road, Houston TX Houston, TX 77049, USA Description Your Day-to-Day Impact You’ll play a vital role in our Quality team by: Cut required samples Prepare test samples Test samples and report results Housekeeping of lab What You Bring We’re looking for candidates who are sharp, safety-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves: Must have a thorough understanding of API specifications related to tubular goods. Must be proficient in the use of machinery used in the preparation of test samples. Must be proficient in the use of cutting torches for sample collection. Must understand the procedures that must be followed for the physical tests conducted at this facility.
