Key Responsibilities As a CNA, you will: Provide hands-on care and support residents with daily activities Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility Turn and reposition residents who require assistance Respond to resident calls and requests, providing comfort and care Communicate observations about resident conditions to nursing staff and supervisors Accurately document care using forms, logs, and reports Follow facility policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality Participate in ongoing CNA training and stay current with facility standards Contribute to a positive work environment by proactively assisting the team CNA Qualifications & Skills Active New Jersey CNA Certification Knowledge of nursing care and resident safety standards Friendly and professional bedside manner Current CPR certification Strong communication, multitasking, and observational skills Understanding of legal and ethical responsibilities in patient care Why Work as a CNA at Premier Cadbury?
