What We're Looking For

3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost controls
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
A positive, energetic, hands-on management style
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
