Clinicians from historically marginalized groups are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide excellent and individualized care to community members seeking mental health support. Collaborate to ensure the clinic is accessible, effective, and well‑regarded. Create and implement treatment plans, complete documentation within a week of service, and participate in supervision and consultation as needed. Conduct a full‑time caseload of at least 25 hours of client contact per week (individual, group, couple, or family). Coordinate services with internal and external providers. Attend and participate in all staff meetings and trainings. Participate in outreach efforts and identify innovative ways to meet community needs. Collaborate with leadership to meet company and individual goals. Required Qualifications Completed master’s degree in a license‑eligible field (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, etc.). Registered with DORA as a candidate (LPCC, MFTC, LSW, SWC). Experience with clinical documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines. Comfort working with clients from diverse perspectives. Proficiency with office technology and electronic health record systems; Valant experience is a plus. Ability to pass a background check for safe care. Comfort with the ambiguity and excitement of a new clinic branch. Preferred Qualifications Experience with historically marginalized communities. Experience with Veterans or servicemembers. Multilingual ability, particularly in Spanish, Korean, or Vietnamese. Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health. Specialized clinical expertise (EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, KAP, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, etc.). Current community involvement. Identification as a creative interventionist. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay for all clinician time, with additional pay for supervisory duties, no‑show/late cancel pay, and paid holidays. Benefits include healthcare coverage, 20 hours of paid annual continuing education time plus stipend, flexible schedule, and the opportunity to co‑create additional benefits. Compensation ranges from $50,318.00 to $59,814.00 per year. Additional Information Position is located in Aurora near Town Center. Position reports to the Clinical Director. We opened our doors in early September; the clinic is available for immediate hire. Applications are reviewed and contacted at the beginning of each week.
