- Hospital hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Saturday - Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Shifts are scheduled within these hours with shared weekend coverage
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California, or eligibility to obtain
- DEA licensure or eligibility
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Commitment to high standards of medical ethics, client service, and teamwork
