A leading semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a Power Distribution Network (PDN) Expert to drive development in advanced power distribution solutions for 2.5D and 3DIC products. This role requires extensive expertise in power distribution networks and strong collaboration across R&D and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a Master's/PhD in Electrical Engineering with at least 15 years of experience, proficient in EDA tools, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
