ENG- Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling. Develops production plans, manufacturing processes, and quality-focused procedures to support product performance and compliance with applicable regulations.

#Education & Job Requirements

*Bachelor's degree and 11+ years of hands-on work experience

*Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning
*Experience with the standard AS9145
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

#Job Duties & Functions

*Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
*Develop arrangements of machines within plant facilities to support efficient and productive layouts.
*Create sequences of operations and specify procedures for fabrication of tools, equipment, and other functions affecting product performance.
*Adapt machine and equipment designs to factory and production conditions.
*Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans.
*Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency and investigate corrective actions for problems and deficiencies.
*Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and related techniques.
*Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to optimize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
*Ensure processes and procedures comply with regulations.
