Landscape Installation Laborer

AE Landscape Borders is seeking a skilled landscape border technician to join our team. This position isn’t a general landscape laborer position; this is a landscape border-specific position. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing flatwork or hardscape. Working as part of a team with a preference for experience leading or overseeing colleagues. We’re willing to train the right individuals to pursue a career in landscape borders. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: Ability to work outside Ability to use a shovel Understand measuring units Speak clearly and intelligently / / basic Spanish preferred Follow established safety procedures and use protective equipment Maintain and clean equipment and work area Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and co-workers Requirements: Entry-level with an in-house training program Ability to assess and prioritize required duties Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials - 50 lbs Ability to work long shifts Ability to work early mornings Attention to detail and quality workmanship Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Must have a valid driver's license AE Landscape Borders is an equal opportunity employer and offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities for our employees.
