Assistant Dental Office Manager

As an Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, youll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role. Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards. Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care. Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care.
