Remote Bi-lingual Customer Service

Job Description Employment Solutions is seeking several Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to assist individuals affected by natural disasters. This critical support role involves handling high-volume inbound calls with empathy and efficiency. Work Schedule: Full-time hours required Hours of operation: 6:30 AM – 11:00 PM EST , 7 days a week Must be available for weekend shifts and 1–2 evening/night shifts per week Overtime may be required based on call volume Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from individuals impacted by natural disasters Provide clear and accurate information regarding application status, eligibility, and next steps Troubleshoot issues and guide callers through online portals and forms Manage sensitive, stressful conversations with professionalism and compassion Navigate multiple systems and websites during calls Maintain accurate call logs and case documentation Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Minimum Qualifications: Must be fully bilingual English/Spanish High School Diploma or GED 2–3 years of stable work experience , preferably in high-volume call centers High-speed internet (hard-wired connection required — no Wi-Fi) Smartphone required to install and use a company-designated app Private, quiet workspace free of background noise and distractions Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Must have a strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Make a difference in times of crisis.
