Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking an Litigation Paralegal in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience and a strong understanding of case management, discovery, court filings, and trial preparation. Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from inception through trial and resolution. Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence. Coordinate and track deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Prepare and organize exhibits, trial binders, witness files, and other trial materials. Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy. Manage document production, discovery responses, and case files. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, experts, and third-party vendors. Maintain accurate case calendars and ensure compliance with court rules and filing deadlines. Qualifications 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment. Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software. Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
