Director Of Business Services

Director of Business Services will partner with five Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs) who lead ISD-Engineering, ISD-Execution (West/Central/East), ISD-Operations Services, and ISD Business Services, ensuring enterprise-level initiatives and cross-functional programs are defined, organized, and delivered with speed and precision.

This role will lead a small, high-impact team of Business Analysts and Associates to support the President and EVPs, enabling the senior leadership team to focus on strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities include strategic planning & initiative delivery, executive support & decision enablement, portfolio visibility & performance tracking, change leadership & culture stewardship, and organizational leverage & team leadership.

Required education, experience, and qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance, economics, or a related technical or analytical field, 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in large, complex, project-driven industries, and strong strategic thinking, structured problem solving, and program management skills.

Preferred education, experience, and qualifications include an MBA or other advanced degree, equivalent senior executive experience, professional engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent, PMP/PgMP or advanced program management certifications, and CFA/CPA background.

Travel requirements include 50% of time spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Physical activities include climbing stairs, remaining in a stationary position, repeating motions, and moving objects up to 20 pounds.

Pay range is USD $116,860.00 - USD $155,995.00/Yr.
