Job Description Son Shine Pediatric Dentistry is opening its doors this fall in Waterford, PA. We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. A Dental Assistant helps the doctors to make the patient's experience smooth, efficient, and comfortable. The ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment is required. Part‑time and full‑time positions available. No prior dental experience necessary- training will be provided! Pay is dependent on skill level and experience. Candidates must be willing to complete X-Ray Certification (costs reimbursed upon completion). Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations Sterilize dental instruments and equipment Assist dentists during dental procedures Take and develop X-rays of patients' teeth Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Educate patients on oral hygiene practices Schedule patient appointments and manage office inventory Skills (Willing to Learn) Proficiency in X-Ray procedures Knowledge of medical imaging techniques Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation Ability to maintain accurate medical records Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus Understanding of general dentistry practices Knowledge of pediatric dentistry procedures Familiarity with dental clinic operations and systems Other Qualities Outgoing and energetic personality Works well with children Team player with positive attitude Organized and maintains a clean environment Benefits Flexible schedule Bonus structure Paid Holidays On-the-job training Job Types Full-time, Part-time Pay $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Hours 20 – 40 per week Location Waterford, PA 16441 (Relocate before starting work – required) Schedule Monday to Friday Medical Specialty Pediatrics, Radiology #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
