10-4 Logistics USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates to drive regional dry van routes east of I-35. This entry-level Regional Class A Truck Driver position is designed for new drivers who have completed truck driving training and want steady, 100% no-touch freight assignments on a predictable regional schedule.

Pay and Home Time

• Annual compensation of $73,000 to $86,000
• Home time of two days every other week
• Regional routes east of I-35 with consistent miles
• 100% no-touch dry van freight

Equipment

• Late-model Freightliner tractors
• Automatic transmission
• Fully equipped, well-maintained trucks

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I-35 according to schedule
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and promptly report defects or maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation
• Communicate promptly and professionally with dispatch and follow customer delivery instructions
• Represent 10-4 Logistics USA professionally at customer sites and on the road

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the last 12 months
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers
• Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and enroll in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, as required by federal regulations
• No prior professional driving experience required
