Technique Gymnastics – Ninja Coach, Rancho Cordova, CA – Part time We’re looking for energetic, creative coaches to lead kids through Ninja classes filled with flips, jumps, and challenges. Location: Rancho Cordova. Ages 6–18. Part‑time, evenings & weekends. For 30 years, Technique Gymnastics has been providing skill instruction to students from crawling to 18 in gymnastics, tumbling, acrobatics, trampoline, and Ninja gym in a positive, confidence‑building atmosphere. We also have competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, and acrobatic gymnastics teams for kids ages 6 to 18. We strictly adhere to all USA Gymnastics and US Center for Safesport Policies and their mission to provide a safe environment for youth sports. Description Location: 11345 Folsom Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742 About the Role Technique Gymnastics is looking for a fun, energetic, and creative Ninja Coach to lead kids ages 6+ through action‑packed classes filled with obstacle courses, climbing, jumping, and flipping challenges. If you love working with kids, have high energy, and enjoy bringing out the best in them, this is the role for you! What You’ll Do Lead safe, high‑energy Ninja classes for kids (ages 6+). Set up, demonstrate, and spot activities such as climbing, swinging, vaulting, and tumbling. Encourage kids to push their limits while building confidence and strength. Keep classes engaging with creative drills, challenges, and games. Maintain a positive, safe, and organized training environment. Communicate with parents and staff to ensure a great class experience. What We’re Looking For Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with strong leadership skills. Ability to connect with and motivate kids of all ages. Prior experience in ninja‑style training, parkour, gymnastics, martial arts, or related movement disciplines is a big plus. Coaching or teaching experience preferred (but willing to train the right person). Dependable, safety‑minded, and team‑oriented. Must be energetic and able to keep up with fast‑moving classes! You’ll be part of a supportive team that’s passionate about movement, fun, and building confidence in kids.
