(USA) Tire and Battery Service Advisor

Location: Sam's Club #6371 14050 Worth Ave, Woodbridge, VA 22192-4121. What you’ll do Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, mentor new technicians, and ensure safe and efficient customer service. Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations (TPMS, PO systems), and point‑of‑sale procedures. Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service experience, and support associate engagement through handheld technology. Communicate equipment and supply needs, track and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory and safety compliance. Advise members on purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and handle related paperwork and documentation. Act as a brand advocate, modeling high‑quality service, inspiring teamwork, and supporting training initiatives. Adhere to company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy, executing business processes with integrity. Complete assignments using data and resources, collaborating with management and partners, and recommend improvements. Promote a culture of belonging, respect, and accountability while delivering results focused on the customer. Qualifications Valid state‑issued driver's license. Minimum age 18 years. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of automotive retail and safety standards. Ability to use handheld tech and software for sales and inventory.
